Velvet, subtle glitter, hints of red, faux fur, statement accessories and, perhaps more often than not, black. These are some of the things I tend to go for in festive outfits! Just thought I'd share some of the looks that I keep in my inspiration folder for the odd Christmas party.

In windy weather

I realise I look a bit annoyed in this photo and, to be honest, I kind of was because there is just no type of weather I dislike more than windy weather (especially when we're trying to snap a pic of what I'm wearing). No to mention that it's now March, in my opinion the absolute dullest month of the year. But anyway, let's make the best of it, as always! And here you go - just another variation on a well-known-by-now wintery outfit. I guess, unlike me, my wardrobe is kind of ready for a new season?

Black coat

I took out one of my favourite coats from last year again this week and, as it turns out, it's still one of the best coats I own. Love its length and the confidence I feel when I wear it. A lot of you have been asking me how tall I am and I can imagine you wanting to know if you're trying to imagine how, for example, a coat like this would look on yourself - so just FIY: I am 1.65m tall. Or short.
