Velvet, subtle glitter, hints of red, faux fur, statement accessories and, perhaps more often than not, black. These are some of the things I tend to go for in festive outfits! Just thought I'd share some of the looks that I keep in my inspiration folder for the odd Christmas party. credit: styleheroine.com, vogue.com, zimbio, zara, cosstores.com, pinterest
Party season outfit
Fash n Chips turns FIVE today! And so today should be a good day to kinda kick off "party season". I'm hardly a party person myself but that doesn't mean I don't know what I would wear to a party if I were to attend one. So here's my current pick: while a dress like this could easily be worn with bare legs as well, I personally really like wearing it over a pair of cropped trousers. And so my ideal "party outfit" at the moment would actually be quite simple, one that could also be worn on any other day of the year, but I would glitz it up with some festive accessories.. Alexander McQueen cropped pants, Burberry Beauty eye palette, Ganni dress, Topshop earrings, Monica Vinader ring, Elizabeth and James bracelet, ASOS velvet ankle boots, & Other Stories leather bag and Stila eye pencil[show_shopthepost_widget id="1168560"]
