My favourites from Milan Fashion Week Spring 2016! All 5 of these collections have a very similar feel to them, I think. Casual chic, good fabrics, interesting details and absolute gorgeous silhouettes, especially at Marni.

Ganni coat, COS tee and trousers and Ray-Ban sunglasses Happy 1st day of October, everyone! This past month seems to have just flown by for me and although I expect October to be crazy busy for a bunch of reasons, I really want to try and savour every moment of it. This is by far my favourite season of the year and I think there's nothing better than to just take a little break every now and then to go out and fill those lungs with crisp autumn air, mmm! Also, new season, new coat. Naturally.

I'm not really planning on getting a lot of new stuff for my autumn and winter wardrobe and I am not big on trends but if there's one I can see myself sporting right now it definitely is the over-the-knee boot. I love how they make for such an effortlessly cool eye-catching part of any outfit. I actually think that it's one of the few trends that I have always followed when it came around again in the past. And this season I'm also interested in trying to make the suede block heeled over-the-knee boots work for me - but I have yet to find a pair that suit my not-exactly-long-and-lean legs. And, of course, there's also the matter of budget. But anyway, if those were not issues I think these (below) are some of the best options that I have found so far.. Some of my favourites from London Fashion Week Spring 2016! Same as last season, Emilia Wickstead comes out on top. I can't wait to see that double floral print gown on the red carpet sometime. Giles and Erdem also make me wish that I could do some red carpet styling this upcoming season (or possibly just wear all these gowns myself!) and the other collections include a lot of looks I can most certainly (and obviously) see me incorporate in my own daytime wardrobe.
