1st day of October

Happy 1st day of October, everyone! This past month seems to have just flown by for me and although I expect October to be crazy busy for a bunch of reasons, I really want to try and savour every moment of it. This is by far my favourite season of the year and I think there's nothing better than to just take a little break every now and then to go out and fill those lungs with crisp autumn air, mmm! Also, new season, new coat. Naturally.

This is definitely the kind of outfit you're most likely to see me in on an average day. Black, somewhat layered and just utterly casual. I might put on a heeled sandal with it every now and then, if I feel like it, but most of the time I tend to go for sneakers instead.

On the Vogue Blog Network this week we talk about "outfit repeating". It's a bit odd, of course, because by giving something so normal a term like that it might come across as something special instead. But wearing an outfit only once, isn't that what's really nuts? In the fashion blogosphere I think there are 2 types of bloggers: the ones that constantly keep their readers surprised and entertained by posting new(ly purchased or sponsored) looks and trends and the ones that quite simply just share their own style and everyday outfits. And well, I obviously don't belong in the surprising and entertaining category, I'm just showing you what I wear - what I actually really wear - and what I'm into. And the leather backpack is still what I'm very much into. We go together like Batman and Robin.
