These are some of my favourite looks from the Milan and Paris Fall 2016 collections! Marni, once again, stood out for me from the Milan shows by showing fantastic colour blocking and interesting shapes. Stella McCartney, Dries Van Noten and Nina Ricci were probably my favourite overall collections from Paris, but Valentino's yellow velvet dress pretty much even topped all of those, I absolutely adore it.

So, the Fall 2016 fashion circus has now moved on to Paris, its final stop - and Awards Season has already come to an end, boohoo. Oscar Night really was a special one this year, with a lot of my favourites nominated, and Leo finally winning that Best Actor award! The red carpet also exceeded my expectations. Cate Blanchett, of course, blew me away as usual in Armani Privé and Alicia Vikander looked stunning in yellow Louis Vuitton. Another outstanding part of the night was Lady Gaga's moving 'Til it happens to you' performance, which you can watch here.

I know February is a little shorter than all the other months but this time I actually really felt that it was, even though it's a leap year! It's been a busy month but also a fun one and I'm kind of bummed that it's over already.

My favourites from Milan Fashion Week Spring 2016! All 5 of these collections have a very similar feel to them, I think. Casual chic, good fabrics, interesting details and absolute gorgeous silhouettes, especially at Marni.

Some of my favourite looks from Milan Fashion Week Fall 2015 (which overall hasn't been all that inspiring, if I'm being completely honest). Marni is the one collection that stands out the most for me. I'm loving the shapes and all the fur details. No. 21 is giving me some really fun styling inspiration and Jil Sander and Fendi are as sleek and chic as you could imagine. Alberta Ferretti's collection kind of made me feel like this is what my ideal Renaissance wardrobe would have looked like - very cosy, very chic and with the most delicious autumn like colour palette. Just gorgeous.

Have to say, these (no doubt man repelling) Gucci loafer mules with furry lining are the best shoes I've seen on the Fall 2015 runway so far. And, as the images above show, they also surprisingly (?) seem to go with any kind of outfit.
