My favourites from the New York and London Fall 2016 runways! Trouser looks and inspiring new shapes and silhouettes from NYFW, where the Proenza Schouler collection in particular stood out for me. And casual yet elegant loose fit ensembles seen at LFW, where the striped Mulberry suit was my definite favourite. Also, a bunch of stunning gowns I wouldn't mind seeing on the Oscars red carpet come Sunday!

Some of my favourites from London Fashion Week Spring 2016! Same as last season, Emilia Wickstead comes out on top. I can't wait to see that double floral print gown on the red carpet sometime. Giles and Erdem also make me wish that I could do some red carpet styling this upcoming season (or possibly just wear all these gowns myself!) and the other collections include a lot of looks I can most certainly (and obviously) see me incorporate in my own daytime wardrobe.

Some of my favourite looks from London Fashion Week Fall 2015. From some collections it was not easy to pick only a few looks as they were all so great. The Emilia Wickstead collection, for example, is a complete dream and really makes me want to dress more ladylike again than I do at the moment. The entire Joseph and Ports 1961 collections I could also see myself wearing and I also wouldn't mind owning most looks from the Whistles collection. These Burberry Prorsum looks that I featured here mostly stood out for me because of the rich colour combinations and Erdem makes me fantasise about being a lot more girly chic than I am.

Another one of my outfits that I wore during my stay in London last week. I designed this top myself and am absolutely thrilled about the fit of it as well as the colour. It was a very warm day and so I once again opted for Birks and my favourite pair of loose fit trousers. Also, I recently had a haircut. I really just wanted one that would make it even less necessary for me to brush or blowdry my hair and so voilà.

So, like I said, I was in London this week. For #LFW as well as to just enjoy London life again, in general. For some reason (I was busy?) (or perhaps that enjoying life part?) I didn't take a lot of photos this time but, by adding some iPhone snaps to the bunch, I could still come up with this little photo diary to share on here. Enjoy!
