Can't believe Fashion Week season is already coming to an end again soon! Before we focus on the collections presented for Spring/Summer 2014 let's enjoy some more streetstyle snaps, this time taken in Milan. Perhaps besides the skin-tight leather trousers and black mini-mini skirt that I can't really see myself wearing, these outfits are pretty similar to what I'm wearing these days. I really have a thing for anything black and white and grey and simple lately - it sounds dull but really it's just timeless.

New!

Welcome to a brand new Fash n Chips - it’s been a long time coming and I hope you will like it! I used to have a seperate website for styling work but I am getting more and more styling inquiries through my blog these days and so I figured I’d better put the 2 websites together, it seemed to make sense! 
 
For me styling is something that comes so natural to me and I enjoy everything to do with it: from picking out outfits for my 87 year old wheelchaired grandma to wear on a daily basis, to styling shoots and fashion editorials. I enjoy shopping for others more than I do for myself and I seem to know what looks good on others better than I do on myself as well.

As for the blog, I’ve never really thought of Fash n Chips as a ‘fashion blog’ because I want it to be about more than just fashion (hence the n Chips-part of the name). I like sharing my love for film, travels and anything that inspires me and my style. I do realise that what initially brought the attention to my blog are my outfit pictures and I will continue on snapping those also, even though after all this time I still feel very awkward about that!

So anyway, for styling services in any way, shape or form you know where to find me - and in the meantime please keep visiting my blog and do let me know if there’s anything you would like to see more of on here. All feedback is highly appreciated!

End of summer

Can't believe these pics were snapped only 2 weeks ago. We seem to have rushed straight into autumn - it's been quite chilly, grey and wet for days now. I don't mind it at all but I am having some difficulties adjusting my wardrobe to the new season this fast. Anyway, back on that evening at the beach I was wearing my trusty old Ray-Ban RB4141 sunglasses and my Gant sweatshirt that I picked up in the sales earlier on in the summer. Ah, end of summer evenings on the beach are the BEST..
