These are some of my favourite looks from the Milan and Paris Fall 2016 collections! Marni, once again, stood out for me from the Milan shows by showing fantastic colour blocking and interesting shapes. Stella McCartney, Dries Van Noten and Nina Ricci were probably my favourite overall collections from Paris, but Valentino's yellow velvet dress pretty much even topped all of those, I absolutely adore it.

My favourites from Paris Fashion Week Spring 2016. Too many different styles to even mention, I guess! These collections are the ones that will inspire me on all sorts of levels come springtime. But, as you can maybe tell by the selection above, I am particularly interested in adding a bit more romance and possibly even some colour or a floral print to my wardrobe in the new Spring season.

As I mentioned before, in this post, Dries Van Noten's Fall 2015 collection is my favourite of the season. Particularly because of the fantastic details - and so I felt like sharing those with you as well. The velvet ankle boots and the gorgeous mixtures of warm coloured prints and different fabrics really make my heart beat just a little bit faster! After what seems to have lasted just forever the Fall 2015 fashion weeks have finally come to an end and here are some of my favourite looks from the Paris runways. My favourite full collection has to be by Dries Van Noten. Even though you rarely see me wear prints and this collection is actually full of those, the colours mixed are just gorgeous and I'm very inspired by the oversized looks that still manage to show a waist. I might try this a little more often myself to breathe some new life into my endless loose fit ensembles. We see great styling and interesting details at Ann Demeulemeester, Balenciaga and Chanel and gorgeous and classic minimalism can, of course, be found at Céline, Stella McCartney and Hermès. Also, I wish for the entire Ellery collection to somehow make its way into my wardrobe, thanks.

I'm hardly in the mood for spring clothes right now, but Stella McCartney's Spring 2015 collection was, once again, one of my favourites for the new season and so I thought I'd share. Love how her designs can look so relaxed and elegant at the same time. A lot has to do with the choice of neutrals but I'm also a big fan of the shapes and the below-the-knee skirt lengths.
