If there was one month I wish I could make twice as long it would be October. I love autumn so much there aren't even enough words! Unfortunately this year nature around here shows a lot less colour than previous years but it's not just the colours that get me excited. It's the shorter days, the cold coming in and, of course, the change of wardrobe. I've spent these last few days in bed with a bit of a nasty flu but here's hoping it's out of my system soon so I can go and enjoy autumn part two - also known as November.

Thought it was about time I showed off my Céline Trapeze bag to the world!!! I had no intention on buying anything when I stepped into the Céline boutique in Paris earlier this month, but when they showed me this Trapeze bag in the exact colours I'd been hoping to find someday I knew I couldn't leave it behind.
As much as I am a fan of beautiful bags it's actually taken me years to decide what bag I should next invest in. I'd hate going for a certain bag just because it was a bit of a hype in the fashion blogosphere and so I've waited a few seasons to see if I'd still be as in love with this bag as I was the first time I saw it. And tadaa.. I am. At first I thought it would be a little too fancy for me as obviously I tend to dress quite messy.. but now I realise it only really takes a bag like this to take a look from messy to DRESSY!

I've worn all these items (many times!) on my blog before (except for this awesome 'Tom Lord' tee that Wardrobe Anarchy sent me!) but I just love realising that certain items in my wardrobe turn out to be such classics I can wear them year in, year out. And I have absolutely no problem recycling outfits for my blog posts either, it is after all what my personal style is all about. It's very real. As is my hair btw - because no I did not get a perm - it clearly has a will of its own!
