I finally got to see Frédéric Tcheng’s 'Dior and I' here in the Netherlands this week and I can say it definitely lived up to my (pretty high) expectations. As I mentioned before it's about Raf Simons’ first haute couture collection as the new artistic director for Christian Dior, back in 2012. And a behind-the-scenes look of the making of ány couture show is exciting to me anyway. But what made this film truly magnificent in my eyes is that, in addition to that, you're álso getting to know the people behind the collection and the emotions that come with that kind of process. It's exciting to watch how this team managed to work together on something so amazing in such a ridiculously short amount of time. All in all, I highly recommend seeing it.

Christian Dior Resort 2015
Yes it's early but the very first of the Resort 2015 collections have been presented again already and one of them is Christian Dior's by Raf Simons. The show took place in Brooklyn yesterday and, as usual, had an impressive front row with the likes of Rihanna, Marion Cotillard and Margot Robbie. The splashes of colour in some of these designs are not entirely my cup of tea but overall I'm really loving the sleek and classy looks in this collection, with the black & white oversized vest from the 2nd pic as my favourite.
