Probably my favourite show of the bunch, although it's almost not possible to pick a favourite as I was impressed by most of them, really. Once again I collected some of the looks that stood out for me here. Timeless elegance from Chanel, fantastic prints and layers from Giambattista Valli, contrasts from Dior.. In terms of originality I have to hand it to Viktor & Rolf, though, (as usual) for their "Wearable Art" collection which I thought was clever as well as incredibly beautiful.

MFW Fall 2015 Favourites

MFW Fall 2015 fash-n-chips.com 01MFW Fall 2015 fash-n-chips.com 02 MFW Fall 2015 fash-n-chips.com 03 MFW Fall 2015 fash-n-chips.com 04 Some of my favourite looks from Milan Fashion Week Fall 2015 (which overall hasn't been all that inspiring, if I'm being completely honest). Marni is the one collection that stands out the most for me. I'm loving the shapes and all the fur details. No. 21 is giving me some really fun styling inspiration and Jil Sander and Fendi are as sleek and chic as you could imagine. Alberta Ferretti's collection kind of made me feel like this is what my ideal Renaissance wardrobe would have looked like - very cosy, very chic and with the most delicious autumn like colour palette. Just gorgeous.

My MFW S/S 2014 picks

My selection of favourite looks from Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014. The Ports 1961 'skirt look' shows a silhouette I definitely intend on trying out myself next spring, it's the perfect slouchy take on a classic feminine look.
