I showed you some of my favourite looks from NYFW last week and here are my picks from London. More colour and prints this time but I guess the overall feel of these looks is what you may have come to expect from me - casual cool and relaxed with a bit of an edge? The Topshop Unique and Joseph collections stood out for me this (London) fashion week.

Below the Knee
Those of you following me on Instagram (@ fash_n_chips) may have noticed some of my black and white shots with the hashtag BelowtheKnee this past week. Reason for this was me teaming up with All Saints to promote their new shoe collection and the film that's been released with it. You can check out the full collection and film here.

October '13
If there was one month I wish I could make twice as long it would be October. I love autumn so much there aren't even enough words! Unfortunately this year nature around here shows a lot less colour than previous years but it's not just the colours that get me excited. It's the shorter days, the cold coming in and, of course, the change of wardrobe. I've spent these last few days in bed with a bit of a nasty flu but here's hoping it's out of my system soon so I can go and enjoy autumn part two - also known as November.

My NYFW S/S 2014 picks
This season it's taken me a little longer to get through all the collections for Spring/Summer 2014 and I thought it was about time I showed you some of my favourite looks. So this is by no means a complete trend guide but it's the styles that most appeal to me and that I hope to be sporting myself come spring. First up: New York Fashion Week. My favourite collections from this fashion week have to be from Theyskens' Theory, Victoria Beckham, The Row and Derek Lam. Again, I'm going for lots of loose fits and very little popping colours. The new trouser length (as seen in Victoria Beckham's look) is one I'll definitely be trying out even though I'm not sure yet it will suit my short legs. Also, that powdery pink Reed Krakoff suit is one I wouldn't mind living in all spring season!
