Midi skirt

Decided to combine the 2 most ladylike new additions to my wardrobe in one and the same outfit the other day. Something I wouldn't usually go for as I prefer not to look too girly. I think the loose fit shirt and boyfriend blazer provided the right balance between feminine and boyish though. And while strong winds annoy me to no end I kind of like how on this day they helped make these pictures look more playful. 

I hadn't really found any new heels in a while that I thought would suit my current wardrobe but these black suede Tamara Mellon pumps fit right in. Such classic beauties. #buynowwearnow

The tourist

I just got back from playing tourist in Berlin for a few days. I biked a lot, walked a lot and also snapped away with my camera and GoPro (as pictured here) a lot - both of which you'll find the results on my blog probably later this week. Now first, back to work.

Black in summer

So, I seem to be wearing a LOT of black lately. No matter the weather (on this particular day it was about 28 degrees Celcius) and no matter the mood. It might not scream 'happiness' or anything but at least I feel comfy in it. And, tbh, I think black can pretty much make any outfit seem more chic, so that's a bonus too.

This month has been a bit of a roller coaster ride of emotions and I don't mind moving on to August now, really. On my way to Berlin as we speak!
