Grey suit

Grey suit fash-n-chips.comZara blazer, COS tee, Zara trousers, Tamara Mellon shoes, Jimmy Choo 'Candy' bag and Ray-Ban sunglasses This is not technically a suit but boy do I enjoy how this blazer and these trousers go together. Loose fitted and worn with a simple white tee, a pair of heels for some extra length (and confidence) and absolutely no extra frills needed.

Loose fit trench

I've not really worn any coats in weeks. I tend to go for either a sweater or a blazer when it's chilly but a nice lightweight coat seemed to be missing from my wardrobe. But now I found this fabulous oversized trench at Zara and I can't believe I ever had to go without it. Because of the shape and colour it looks like a proper grandma coat and, to be honest, if you don't feel like getting one at Zara I think you may very well be able to find a similar one at pretty much any given vintage or secondhand store. Or.. check out these links below.

Layers

(H&M Trend coat and pinstripe blazer, COS shirt, Zara jeans, Céline bag, COS beanie and Ray-Ban sunglasses)

Wearing stripes over stripes and a blazer under my coat.. layers are álways a smart option in winter, although unfortunately I still can't say it's really needed over here as there's hardly a winter to speak of. I (stupidly) lost my gloves in Stockholm last week but I have not even missed them since seeing as it's nowhere near as icy cold here as it was up there. Anyway, loose fits are still the way to go for me - can't seem to get enough of the slouchy silhouette.
