It's hard to tell by looking at these images we snapped but the weather in Paris during PFW was actually pretty wonderful. It was cloudy a lot but with that perfect smell of autumn in the air (!) and with those gold winged horses on Pont Alexandre III shining bright in the occasional bit of sunlight.
This time I stayed in an appartment on Rue Saint-Honoré which was, because of its location, both great and pretty intimidating. Great because it's right next to the Jardin des Tuileries, my favourite spot during fashion week. Intimidating because people in this street seem to have a certain 'air' around them. And after a day in heels I personally really enjoy going out for a coffee in the evening wearing sandals and a sweatshirt - I can tell you now that this is something that can cause quite a few raised eyebrows in this particular area of Paris! I can't say it's the best place in the city if you plan on being your own relaxed self. BUT thankfully all that did not really spoil my fun one bit. Because that is what it is! Work, of course, but moreover FUN.
I still have lots of inspirational (streetstyle) images from PFW to share as well but I'll save those for later. Stay tuned!
