During my stay in London this weekend I was invited to stay at the beautiful Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, which is located on Westminster Bridge Road on the South Bank, accross the river of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. The hotel staff was friendly and helped to make sure I had an absolute brilliant time. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the Somerset House (one of the main locations of London Fashion Week) and also just a few short taxi drives away from the rest of the LFW venues, so for me this was pretty much the perfect location.
My studio room was by far the largest room I’ve ever stayed in and thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows the iconic view to Houses of Parliament and Big Ben from my bed was spectacular (see first pic) and made me not want to close the curtains at night.
The hotel recently opened the first Mandara Spa in the UK, which is also the only one in Europe and I really wish my schedule had not been as crazy as it was, because I would have loved to visit the Spa or to go for a swim in the hotel’s beautiful indoor swimming pool.
Seeing as I was (and actually still am) recovering from last week’s cold, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge had all the warmth and comfort I needed.. and then some. Thanks for having me PP!
