Velvet, subtle glitter, hints of red, faux fur, statement accessories and, perhaps more often than not, black. These are some of the things I tend to go for in festive outfits! Just thought I'd share some of the looks that I keep in my inspiration folder for the odd Christmas party. credit: styleheroine.com, vogue.com, zimbio, zara, cosstores.com, pinterest
Cate Blanchett for W Magazine
Pieces of the Season
Some of my inspiration this weekend is coming from this editorial named Pieces of the Season from the #11 Winter 2015 issue of Porter Magazine. Photographed by Erik Torstensson and styled by George Cortina, it has everything I want in my current A/W wardrobe: an oversized big knit, a floor-length coat, a gorgeous cape, a maxi wool dress (on top of my wishlist!) and an oversized blazer to cinch at the waist. - Happy weekend everyone!

PFW Spring 2016
My favourites from Paris Fashion Week Spring 2016. Too many different styles to even mention, I guess! These collections are the ones that will inspire me on all sorts of levels come springtime. But, as you can maybe tell by the selection above, I am particularly interested in adding a bit more romance and possibly even some colour or a floral print to my wardrobe in the new Spring season.

MFW Spring 2016
My favourites from Milan Fashion Week Spring 2016! All 5 of these collections have a very similar feel to them, I think. Casual chic, good fabrics, interesting details and absolute gorgeous silhouettes, especially at Marni.
