Sunglass storage (DIY)

I'd been meaning to do so for a while but now finally had time this weekend to put together a little sunglass storage. Bought a nice big frame, took out the glass and put some wallpaper in and finally added some strings (tied up at the back of the frame) to hang my sunglasses on. Initially I went for only 2 strings but clearly I have too many sunglasses and so I put in an extra string. For now I've hung up only a bunch of my favourite sunnies and I'm quite happy with the way it turned out!

Thin strap sandals

These thin strap white leather sandals are amongst my favourite "dressy" shoes this season, they simply seem to go with everything. I've searched and come up with a bunch of similar sandals in all sorts of colours for you to shop as well..

New in

This is going to sound silly BUT the only thing that usually makes coming back home from a holiday more bearable is a pile of packages waiting for me. This time the pile included a gorgeous tweed jacket from Related via Oxygen Boutique, a gold knot ring from LUMO and a new pair of Ray-Ban aviators via SmartBuyGlasses, the webshop known to stock a great amount of both sunglasses and eyeglasses. All three of these products have my name written all over them and the aviators in particular are a very welcome addition to my precious sunglasses collection right in the middle of this sunny summer. Thanks very much Oxygen Boutique, LUMO and SmartBuyGlasses!

Dungarees

I've had these denim dungarees for a while but since we haven't actually had any appropriate "dungarees weather" at all until this week I haven't worn them outside yet - and naturally haven't had a chance to snap outfit pics with them either. But anyway, although I'm not sure I can (still?) pull them off too well, I do really like this sort of 90s trend and it fits perfectly into my tomboy-ish world. I wear them with a simple tee and flip flops or slippers - or opt for pumps if I want to slightly dress them up. I got these thanks to Citizens of Humanity and went on to find you some great alternatives to shop as well:
