End of summer

Can't believe these pics were snapped only 2 weeks ago. We seem to have rushed straight into autumn - it's been quite chilly, grey and wet for days now. I don't mind it at all but I am having some difficulties adjusting my wardrobe to the new season this fast. Anyway, back on that evening at the beach I was wearing my trusty old Ray-Ban RB4141 sunglasses and my Gant sweatshirt that I picked up in the sales earlier on in the summer. Ah, end of summer evenings on the beach are the BEST..

Check prints were obviously a huge thing last autumn and winter and I for one was happy to find out they're back this season. I particularly like them in a burgundy colour like this as well, there's something so chic about it. Can't believe how quickly the weather has changed into autumn this week!

So I just got back from spending a beautiful relaxing week at the seaside! It's been perfect late-summer weather and I feel all ready for my favourite months (!) of the year now. September is going to be quite a busy one BUT I'm excited about it!
